Add lines for the empirical cumulative density function to a plot

Point pairs for plotting an empirical cumulative density function (CDF; see calcStoppingCDF are created by calcECDFPointPairs. Add lines representing these point pairs to a plot.

addECDFLinesToPlot(pn, lwParam)
